Annual General Meeting of VP SECURITIES A/S

VP SECURITIES A/S (VP) held its Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2015.
Peter Lybecker, Chairman of the Board of Directors, reported on the company's activities in 2014 and noted that the development in VP's results and activities during the past year was satisfactory.
VP's Annual General Meeting approved the report from the Board of Directors, as well as the Annual Report for 2014, and thereby adopted the payment of dividend of DKK 1,500 per share, equivalent to DKK 60 million, to VP's shareholders. The dividend is at the same level as in 2013.
The Annual General Meeting reelected the following members of the Board of Directors:
- CEO Peter Lybecker, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S
- Governor Hugo Frey Jensen, Danmarks Nationalbank
- Managing Director Erik Gadeberg, Jyske Bank A/S
- Group Managing Director Søren Holm, Nykredit
- Head of Group Finance & Risk Management Jan Kjærvik, A.P. Møller Mærsk A/S
- Head of Treasury Christoffer Møllenbach, Danske Bank
- Managing Director Peter Ott, PFA
- CEO Carsten Wiggers, LR Realkredit A/S
The following new members were elected to the Board of Directors:
- Managing Director Jens Kr. A. Møller, DLR Kredit
- CEO John Christiansen, Lån & Spar Bank
The Board of Directors also includes the following members elected by the employees:
- Bjørn Stendorph Crepaz, Head of Issuance and Safekeeping
- Anne-Lise Hansen Emcken, Head of Technical Development
- Merete Fussing, Senior Relation Manager
- Anders Raith Linemann, Product Manager
- Gitte Ina Nielsen, System Developer
Deloitte, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerskab, were reelected as auditors and system auditors.
Immediately after the Annual General Meeting the Board of Directors elected its officers, with CEO Peter Lybecker as Chairman and Governor Hugo Frey Jensen as Vice Chairman.
